本周进行了分享阅读《机器人》教学活动。

活动第一环节——以模仿机器人的动作和幼儿进行“我来做你来猜”的游戏,引出读本的主人公“机器人”。然后请幼儿观看封面。

在第一环节实施过程中,就遇到了一点小意外!孩子们都说:“老师,看不清”。(这个问题,一方面可能是孩子人数较多,另一方面读本摆放和幼儿距离较远造成的。)画面上有很多细小的部分不是很明显线条也比较模糊,所以根据孩子们看不清的问题,我立刻做出了回应把小书发给大家:“仔细观察封面,小朋友们还能发现什么呢?”。孩子们顺利的理清了老爷爷的身份、老爷爷和机器人的关系等问题。

活动第二环节——逐页阅读,通过细微观察,猜测人物的内心变化。

在第二环节实施过程中,由于小书发放给幼儿后,很多孩子会好奇的翻看,面对混乱,我的阅读方式也由逐页阅读改成跳页阅读。跳页阅读之前先请孩子安静的完整的阅读一遍,然后按老师的提示翻到制定页进行详细的阅读:“观察机器人的动作和表情,科学家的动作和表情又是怎样的呢?”。跳页阅读时先请孩子看3、4、5页,对机器人和科学家的表情变化进行有“梯度”的分析后,对第六页的情况进行分析:“为什么机器人会这样呢?机器人和科学家有些什么样的想法呢?”

活动第三环节——回忆和总结故事,并对情绪变化的特点进行梳理。

在第三环节实施过程中,当孩子们看到最后一页时就会大笑起来,可见孩子们对故事内容的“体会”还是比较到位的,但是在情绪变化梯度的感受上还不太明显,词汇也不丰富,只有简单的高兴和不高兴,在活动中通过对读本表情的模仿,让幼儿感受不同的情绪变化,也作为下次活动的一个“引子”。 在第二阶段的教学中重点突破。

反思:

活动中一个个问题的出现有的是意料之中,有的却在意料之外。老师的回应策略关系着活动中孩子是否得到了真正的锻炼和提高。虽然我在活动中对孩子的问题进行了积极的回应,但在各个环节的教学中,还有许多问题需要思考。

第一环节看不清的问题,是意料之外。但很快就以小书阅读代替解决了。所以活动时人数相对较少,才能更好的照顾到孩子的个体差异问题。

整个活动中,可能是对机器人没有了解的情况下,孩子对机器人充满着好奇,而孩子对机器人的认识只停留在非常浅显的状态。在第一、二页的阅读中谈到机器人的功能,孩子只有:“只是和人走路说话不一样、会打怪兽”等简单的认识,对机器人的构造、生成、作用等方面都缺乏了解。所以第一环节的引导显得非常薄弱,要相应的加入科常方面的知识,孩子对读本中3、4、5、6页的内容才能够更全面的感受。在活动第一阶段已经完成的情况下,我只有在第二阶段给孩子补上这一课。

在第三环节对人物情绪的梳理,采用文字和老师表情的模仿可能不是很直观,如果用事先画好的人物表情配上文字,孩子对情绪梯度的变化会感受更明显一些。

教学有法,教无定法。教参为我提供了分享阅读活动的一个固有模式,也为我的教学指明了比较规范的行进轨迹。每个孩子作为一个独立的个体,所呈现出来的能力也有所不同,在今后的分享阅读活动中,课前不仅要分析读本,做好充分的准备,更应提高自身的教学能力和专业素养,和孩子一起在知识的海洋里遨游。

1、本文通俗易懂。教学时,我放手让学生根据阅读提示的要求自读课文。在学生充分自读课文的基础上,围绕“刷子李”的技艺高超表现在哪里?作者是怎样写出他技艺高超的?有哪些描写最精彩的句子等问题交流讨论。

2、为帮助学生真切地体会“刷子李”的技艺高超表现在哪儿,我采用了

(1)抓住直接描写“刷子李”刷墙的重点句段的情景。组织学生一句一句地读,边读边想象情景:刷墙时的动作好似跳舞,刷墙时发出的声音好似乐曲,完成的作品好似一面天衣无缝的'屏障等。

(2)围绕学生感兴趣的问题集中讨论,如“他刷浆时,干完活黑衣服上为什么没有一个白点”,通过集中讨论,学生们取长补短,从而感受“刷子李的技艺高超。

3、拓展:读读与本文相似的文章,如《泥人张》、《快手刘》等。

《选举风波》的阅读与赏析已然结束,但这堂课前前后后整个过程却有许多环节值得我去反思。

一、课前准备阶段

根据创新教育观的指导思想,在课前我借鉴了杜朗口中学的导学案来指导学生预习。这样既可以对整个课堂进行一种“宏观调控”,也可以避免学生没有做好预习准备工作,以致在短短一节课内无法完成相应学习目标。在课前我把学生的这份导学案收上来看,发现大部分学生都能比较认真地根据这份导学案完成预习,但也存在三个问题:一,网络查找答案,缺少个人见解;二,懒惰应付——有抄袭现象;三,学生还缺乏一种自主学习意识,更缺乏一种正确的自主学习方法,表现在导学案中,在“字词积累”一栏,除了给出的重点字词外,我还留了一块空地标明“自主归纳补充”,但只有极个别同学有写上几个。不过当我发现问题时,并没有及时采取有效措施来纠正,也没有提醒学生来重视这堂公开课。这是课前的一个疏忽。

二、课堂互动环节

“借班上课”意味着课堂需要一种行之有效的手段来活跃课堂气氛,拉近师生关系,调动学生积极性。由于考虑不足,我没让学生有一种上公开课的心理准备,以致学生课后反映“很紧张”;但作为老师,我也没有在课堂的前几分钟先舒缓学生的情绪,带动学生的学习激情,而是直入教学主题,以致后面要让学生讨论分析解决问题时,才发现教室有点“冷清”。以致出现了“包办课堂”的现象,更谈不上“创新”。总之学习目标达到了,但教学方法较为传统,未能让学生广泛参与课堂交流与讨论。

三、问题设计

学生在课堂上的表现有时也跟老师的问题设计有关。比如,在这堂课上,我自认为,在分析人物形象时,问学生“如果这些人物出现在我们班级里,你会比较喜欢跟谁交朋友?为什么?”会比较符合学生的交友心理。而问学生“你如何理解人生是多滋味的,谁都不是天生的伯乐”则比较抽象,不利于启发学生的思维。

四、作业设计

课后写作《这使我想起》,是想让学生从《选举风波》中联系到自己的生活经历,去说说自己的成长滋味,进一步让学生体会到人生,就应该勇敢面对。这个作业的设置是比较理想的。但课后反思了一下,也许这个作业可以在课上先设计为“拓展延伸”式的问题讨论。先让学生之间互相交流自己的类似经历与感受,形成一种共鸣,最后再反馈到写作上。这样子既能锻炼学生的口语表达能力,也能促进写作水平的提高。

也许,就课文内容而言《选举风波》是有限的,但就如何成功教学而言它则是说不尽的。通过这次的“借班上课”,我受益匪浅。 两年以来,我个人认为自己在教学基本功上有了明显的进步,但若从现在的“创新教育

观”角度来讲,自己的教学方法却有待转变。通过这次的“教学创新比赛”,我深深地意识到,要有创新,首先就要在意识上转变。主观能动性的发挥可以直接影响结果。如果你还坚守在老传统中,不敢放手让学生自己去学,那么学生最后便会失去“飞”的能力。

接下来则是行动,即设计科学合理的问题供学生去讨论,从而在合作交流中激出知识的火花——

1、 让学生在导学案引导下自学

课堂目标的顺利完成取决于学生课前的预习准备。

老师根据学习目标预设导学案,或者先罗列出课堂学习目标,指导学生进行课前预习。这实际上是激活学生的积极性和创造性,使学生成为知识的发现者和研究者,从中也锻炼了他们的分析能力,概括能力,总结能力等。这个环节比课堂展示环节来得重要。

2、让学生在激发中思考

学习目标转化为问题要通过创设合理的“问题情境”,以最终实现有所发现的预期结果。在教学过程中,重视学生思维的引导、点拨,使课堂活动始终围绕一定的目标展开,通过“追问”实现“有效学习”。在课堂上我始终做到:既不将知识和盘托出、全盘授予,也没有简单地设置学习目标用指令性的任务去驱动学生,而是努力将一定的教学内容问题化,用问题驱动学生进行思索,从而实现了学生对人物形象的认识、对文章主题的挖掘。

3、让学生在交流中获取有益信息

在课堂教学中,让学生以小组为单位,抓住人物的语言、动作、神态、心理等来谈谈自己最喜欢或最讨厌的小说中的人物。这样同学之间就可以互相启发,深化了对人物的认识,增强了主动探究的能力;大胆交流,又提高了口语表达能力。大家集思广益,形成了小组意见,让学生感受到合作成功的快乐。

4、让学生在联想中感悟

本文题材符合学生这特定年龄的心理特点。本文作者想告诉读者的是“真正的人生滋味就是多味的”!当今中学生相对来说比较脆弱,总认为自己的路很不平坦,然后怨天尤人,通过本文的学习应该会有所认识。在课堂上就针对此设计作业《这使我想起》,让学生谈谈自己的遭遇,以产生与作者的共鸣,达到教学的目标。

5、运用科学合理的评价机制激发学生参与课堂

总之,在这次的教学比赛中,我感觉自己能根据语文学科的特点及学生的实际情况来组织教学,引领学生分析课文并理解课文。然而,在教学环节中,我还是有点越俎代疱,没有充分调动起学生参与课堂的积极性,也没有提供足够的时空让学生来充分发表自己的意见,再进行全班交流,因而这节课的互动体现还不够。

优赛归来,细细咀嚼课堂细节,静静聆听行家教诲,默默享受语文的每一份情怀,心里涌起的尽是感动。感动于孟老师的亲切关怀,感动于余老师的谆谆教导,感动于二实中学生的精彩表现,感动于同行们真挚的鼓励和鞭策。滴水瓣花总关情,点点滴滴到心头。

反观自己的课堂教学过程,自感失误太多,每每想起,总是别有一番滋味在心头。在课前的教学设计中,我试图努力做到以下几点:

(一)以学生为中心,设计教学环节。在设置教学环节时,我本着“以生为本”,“贴着学生教”的设想,设计了“我来读――读精彩篇章,整体感知课文;我来品――品情节、人物、语言之奇绝;我来秀――秀身边凡人奇事;我来赞――赞刷子李之魅力”等教学环节,以期达到教学流程清晰、合理、紧凑的效果。

(二)以教材为根本,理清文章脉络。从某种程度上说,小说的艺术就是情节的艺术,悬念、波折是小说的精彩华章。而理情节往往是析人物、明主旨的前提。因此,我以“曹小三找白点”这个细节作为梳理情节的切入点,让学生找出与情节发展密切相关的几个带“然”的词(“果然”——“居然”——“竟然”——“忽然”),

以期实现使学生对小说的情节有一个整体把握的目的。其中,选择以曹小三的口吻来复述的方法以期达到一石三鸟的效果:进一步领会小说尺水兴波、一波三折的情节魅力;深刻感受曹小三心理之变化、刷子李手艺之奇绝;在学生的个性解读和创造性复述中深入体会本色、津味之语言特色。

(三)以品析为手段,探究文本之奇。《俗世奇人》奇妙双绝,奇在人物,妙在故事和语言。那着一袭黑衣却不沾白点,那挥舞朴实刷子却悠然享受,那道出人生教诲却举重若轻,那守望平凡却追求卓越的刷子李令人暗暗叫绝。那曲折有致丝丝入扣的情节,那形神兼备出神入化的精湛描写,那津味十足本色朴素的精妙语言也令人拍案称奇。因此,我认为品情节之奇妙、人物之奇绝、语言之奇美是文本的美之所在,也应该是教学的着力之处。

(四)以人物的双重解读为契机,使文章主题升华。人物的双重解读,即人生意义上的人物解读和文化意义上的人物解读。

这是一篇微型的民俗小说,人物的理解除了从自身个性魅力来解读外,还可作为民俗文化的一道风景来解读。本课教学便基于以上认识展开。

美好的愿望不等于现实。这节课带给大家更多的还是遗憾:

(一)文本品读不够到位,浅尝辄止。如在理情节的过程中,虽然找出了几个“然”字,但并未让学生真正明白小说的一波三折,何为波,何为折等。静心思之,这堂课在“三个维度”——温度(教师情感的温热度)、广度(在主题的范围内旁延扩展)、深度(语文性、情感性和思想性的深刻和恒久)的体现上,明显地感到了广度和深度的不足!我也曾想用结尾的人物系列和民俗文化来弥补这一点,然而由于种种原因未能如愿,课堂因此缺少生命的震撼力,也就没有好课应有的高度而流于平庸!拓宽备课视野,深化文本处理和加强课堂的厚重感是我需急补的课程!

(二)语言品味不够深入,蜻蜓点水。课堂上只让学生简单读了读,常常是以我个人的理解代替了学生的阅读实践,而没有在品字上下功夫,品出其特色,品出其韵味,从而深刻解读带有天津烙印的刷子李的生命形态,挖掘人物背后的厚重的民俗文化意蕴。对这一点,我自觉做的太肤浅了。

(三)学生走进文本时间太少,缓入早出。由此我真正明白:对文本的解读始终应是师生的第一要务。作为自读课,应该以学生自读为主,通过自主阅读文本有所悟,有所得。

(四)由于个人其它事务耽误太多而准备不周,以至于信心不足、不能灵活的驾驭课堂。学生出乎意料的一次回答,就会紧张得不知说什么好。由此我深知自己的经验不足,在教学艺术上的领悟之浅薄。

(五)课堂语言不够精练准确,随意性强,以至于出现硬伤。至今想起仍觉汗颜。

尽管如此,我还是感受到了语文课堂的美!那始终盈于课堂的融融的师生氛围、那含于同学眼中的真挚与热切,令我至今难忘。当然还有我内心深深的遗憾和懊悔!

学然后知不足,教然后知困。我深知自己在教学上还很稚嫩,远不及赛友们之渊博厚重。我需要多请教,多探索,多实践。虽然我带着遗憾离开了优赛,但执教《刷子李》,留给我更多的是对如何真正践行新课改精神的思索,还有盈于心头的'无限感激:感谢省、市、县教研员对我的关心与呵护,感谢余老师精彩的点评和指导,感谢这次大赛使我找到了自己的位置,给了我一次成长的机会,让我为演绎精彩语文而不懈努力!

《刷子李》选自冯骥才的民间世人轶事集《俗世奇人》,课文以“刷子李”刷墙时穿一身黑衣服,结束时却没有一个白点,来说明刷子李高超的刷墙技术,告诉我们本事是勤学苦练出来的,有了本事才能有自己的尊严。课文语言朴素,具有浓郁的“天津”风味,并且幽默传神,极富表现力。刷子李动作描写尤为传神,是学生学习的例子。回顾整堂课的教学,总结如下:

复述课文,再度领悟。

教学时,学生快速读完课文,我问学生:“课文给你留下印象深刻的是什么词?”学生回答说:“是白点”。是的,白点是贯串全文的线索。于是,在复述课文的时候,我要求学生以徒弟曹小三的口吻来复述,按照“传说白点——未见白点——发现白点——揭秘白点”的顺序,讲《黑衣白点》的故事,这样以第一人称来复述课文,把课文改成自己的话去讲,使学生的语文基础知识和口头表达能力得到了综合训练,进一步领会情节一波三折之魅力,刷子李绝妙的粉刷艺术,也领悟到了文章绝妙的表现艺术。

导入新课,拓展延伸。

课题含有很多信息,学生通过剖析课题,会整体感知课文。教学开始,我用多媒体课件出示央视《挑战群英会》栏目“变脸”和民间奇人绝活展示“嘴上功夫”的图片。同时告诉学生:在天津卫这个地方,某一行有绝活的人,人们用他的行当加姓称呼他。比如在天津,有个姓张的,泥人捏得特别好,就叫他“泥人张“;姓王的做豆腐特别好的,人称“豆腐王”……紧接着出示课题“刷子李”,学生自然明白:这个人刷墙特别好,所以才叫“刷子李”。最后我趁势引导学生:现在就让我们阅读课文,走近刷子李,看看他高超的刷墙技艺吧!

反思这课教学,我上课时重点引导学生抓住人物的动作、外貌、神态、心理活动去刻画人物,没有要求学生要把典型事例写具体,因为人和事是分不开的,一个人往往在做事情、与别人相处的时候,才显出自己的特点,在习作中要注意选择典型事例。

教学目标的确立,教法学法的设计,最终要在教学程序中体现。因此,合理安排教学程序是教学成功的关键之一,结合学生的认知状况,我用以下四个教学环节来完成本课的教学。

(一)激趣引入

小学四年级的学生仍然爱唱、爱跳,一开始上课就让他们学习语言或者复习语言对他们来说是枯燥的,必须有一个循序渐进的过程,所以在一上课进行简单的问候之后,我便带领学生进入了听音动作这一环节,结合学生特点我设计了以下动作:standup,sitdown,run,walk,dance,jump,sleep,wakeup.这样能有效的调节学生的情绪,使学生以昂扬的热情参与到下一环节的学习。

(二)探究新知

我在学生面前做出很开心的样子,然后高兴的告诉他们“Ihaveanewroom,abigroom,inmyroom,Ihaveadoor,adesk,achairandabed.,Ilikeitverymuch.Doyoulikemyroom?Welcometomyroom.引导学生回答Yes,Ido.然后我出示Let’slearn的图片,教学单词:因为这些单词同学都熟悉,教起来很容易,只需注意单词fridge,shelf,table的发音就可以了。因此,我通过各种游戏帮助学生记忆这些单词,这样既节省了时间,又可以调动学生的学习热情。

在单词教学这一环节里我设计了两个小游戏:第一个将本课时的单词上下左右贴在黑板上,播放录音,学生听一听,指一指。再次打乱图片顺序,学生根据录音指图片。教师还可请能力强的学生说单词,其他学生指图片。另一个游戏是让学生听录音,跟读Let’slearn中生词。然后教师随意说词,学生快速的指出。这个游戏能让学生快速反应,培养学生的观察力、快速反应能力和竞争意识。

游戏结束后,我会及时找到各组的leader简单总结自己组成员的表现情况并对其他组同学的表现进行评价。简单统计各组的奖励情况,对暂时领先的组提出表扬,对稍落后的组进行鼓励。

在Let’sdo这部分内容的教授中,我通过

1)学生听录音,边听边做。

2)教师边发出口令,边示范动作。示范后,教师发出口令,

学生做动作。

3)教师在黑板上展示Let’sdo的图卡,让学生看看图,

做一做,说一说。

4)比比谁最快,教师快速出示图卡或者说指令,学生迅速

反应,做出动作。

(三)练习延伸

小组内拿出自己准备的房间图片,根据房间图片,相互之间询问。要求学生简单描述自己的房间,结合学过的语言描述房间内家具陈设的名称、特征等。学生看着自己亲手绘制的房间图片,亲切感、生活的真实感都一股脑儿地涌上心头。此时他们用学习的语言进行交流的愿望也就特别强烈。

(四)总结评价

根据各组学生的对话情况,完成小卡通贴的发放,选出本节课的优胜组。学生进行简短自评,老师总结学生学习情况并小结本课知识点。

虽然课堂是按照原来的设计讲了下来,但还存在许多的不足:

一。复习热身的过多,以至于后面的时间过于紧张;复习的时候老师说得过多了,因为是讲过的内容,可以放开手让学生自己说,学生已经非常熟悉这些内容,老师没必要讲的很多。

二。从“新词呈现”的活动设计来看,五个新词的呈现方式未免显得单调而乏味,学生没有一种“耳目一新”之感。学生按照教师预设的程序,亦步亦趋,显示出一种明显的机械式的“走马观花”。虽然我通过TPR动作来教授单词,但是缺乏生活化的语言活动却无法激发学生的课堂表现欲。因此,课堂缺少趣味性。

三。小学英语还是要强化汉义,注重词义,不要因为要达到全英教学就不许说汉语。

改进:

一。课堂上要多用英语夸奖孩子;

二。要多听录音,学生多跟读;

三。要教学生简单的发音法;

四。单词讲解忌平均用力。

小学英语的教学要善于把英语教学生活化、活动化、情趣化。利用创设生动活泼的课堂活动,巧妙地设计一个个有效的语言信息沟,让学生在趣味中习得语言,学生的积极性得到了保护。这样,语言的生成就水到渠成了。

教学这一课,我安排了两个课时:第一课时:比较、赏析《武陵春》与《望江南》;第二课时、第三课时:比较、赏析《江城子》、《渔家傲》和《破阵子》;改写练习,深入理解,提高表达能力。

目前我与学生一起学习了两课时,预定的任务已完成,学生表现得还不够踊跃。

第一课时学生的课堂表现比较好,对于文本的解读比较深刻,尤其是朗读时情感的把握较之开学初有了明显的进步(也许朗读教学可以成为我的教学风格和教学的突破口)。这节课上我设计了两个环节:读——品;提出了两个问题:1、这两首词分别写了什么?请用一句话说出你的理解。提示:谁+干什么(主要人物+主要事件)?表达了什么感情? 2、根据你对词的品读、理解,你认为这两首词中的哪一个女子的愁更深重些?为什么?

起初学生很沉默,于是我将原定教学设计的第一步的“读”改为了“听”:我播放了李清照不同时期的三首词《如梦令》(学生七年级学过)、《武陵春》、《醉花阴》(九年级上册附录:课外古诗词)的朗读录音,要求学生在听时注意朗读者是怎么读出感情的,简而言之就是注意语速、语调、语气、停顿。听完第一遍后我发现大多数学生的反应并不热烈,于是我对李清照的三个创作阶段及作品作了大致的介绍,分析了这三首词中蕴含的不同感情,并要求学生在听第二遍时不仅要注意朗读者是怎么处理语速、语调、语气、停顿的,而且要思考为什么要这样读。听第二遍时学生明显更认真了,有的还拿出笔在书上圈点着,批注着。接着,我进行第二步:读。我先让学生两人一组互相朗读《望江南》和《武陵春》,并根据语速、语调、语气、停顿四项互相评分。然后,我采取了齐读、分组读、个别读、示范读、评读等多种方式指导学生读。这一读,课堂的气氛明显热烈了,学生的积极性也调动起来了,更重要的是他们体会到了学习的满足感与成就感。接下来的第三步“品”,学生终于“动”了起来,虽然愿意举手发言的学生并不多,可是愿意在小组内交流的学生明显多了,这让我看到了希望。更为难得的是学生在比较阅读这两首词时,对于主人公的动作品析得比较准确。如:“倚”——有的说等的时间长,很累;有的说不仅是身体累,更重要 是心累了,因为很失望。“倦梳头”——连梳妆打扮都没有心思了,所以说很愁。“欲语泪先流”——还没说就先哭了,表明她心里都是不高兴的事,一天到晚都想着这些愁事,所以情不自禁。我因势利导:“表达人物的感情,动作是很重要的一个方面,大家刚才的分析准确而全面,我非常佩服你们敏锐的观察力和理解力。我想请大家再想一想,表达感情除了可以通过动作以外,还可以通过什么?”学生反应很快:“心理活动。”“环境描写。”“神态描写。”“语言描写。”“大家对于阅读知识掌握得很全面,这表示大家以前的语文学习很认真。我相信有了这份认真,我们没有做不到的。下面请大家从刚才这些方面再去体会主人公的感情,比较谁更愁一些。”接下来学生就从心理活动的变化过程和环境的描写分析了人物的感情,最后一致得出结论:“李清照的愁更深重一些。”这个时候,我觉得可以对学生的思想进行熏陶了:“是的,同样身为女子,李清照不仅愁自身命运的多舛,她更愁家乡的沦陷,国家的灭亡,百姓的疾苦,所以她的愁很重,重得超越了时空,千古流传。所以说,只看到自身悲苦的人让人同情,而能够推己及人,胸怀国家与百姓人让人敬佩。”最后,全班同学再一次齐读了这两首词,学生读得荡气回肠,尤其是“斜晖脉脉水悠悠”和“只恐双溪舴艋舟,载不动许多愁”,读得低回婉转,余音袅袅。

第二课时,我也采用比较赏读的方式同学生一起学习了《渔家傲》和《破阵子》。这一节课上,学生又归于先前比较沉闷的状态。我想原因有三:第一,我心太急了,又想保证教学进度,又希望学生自主、探究,要求太高了,使学生步子迈得太大了,一时达不到要求,产生了学习的失败感;第二,我对于学生的学习方法的指导还不够具体,只给了他们方向,但没有告诉他们具体路线,他们摸着石头过河,自然费时费力;第三,很多学生已经习惯了“老师讲,自己听、抄”的教学模式,暂时还不不知道怎么去自主探究。
